Physical Activity Coaching

We deliver our innovative Physical Activity Sessions in Pre-Schools, Primary and Secondary Schools and also to community groups.

Our aim through Active Youth NI sessions is to get children active, encouraging fun, co-operative play, and skill development. Our sessions are non-sport specific to maximise participation, we teach and develop fundamental skills and incorporate mindful movement (and can include healthy eating information); taking a holistic approach to every child’s wellbeing. 

Active Youth NI tailor each session to suit your group and their abilities and can include session objectives followed by a report on progress if required.
